The Red Ant Collaboration Framework

Our collaboration framework can help you in a number of ways and at any stage of your collaboration or partnership.

Our framework can help produce a targeted action plan to deliver rapid performance improvements.

The framework is made up of 30 key factors which are critical for collaboration success.  These factors are placed in 4 categories

  • Vision - creating a shared vision, objectives & goals and knowing what success looks like
  • Action - Making it happen e.g. setting up the right structures & executing projects to deliver quickly
  • People - Getting people engaged e.g. working across boundaries and building effective working teams.
  • Results - Focusing on outcomes, measures and results e.g. tracking. KPI development and realising benefits

The framework identifies the key challenges faced in each category when trying to set up and run successful collaborations and partnerships.

We’ve also developed a diagnostic tool (3 Day Health Check) based on the framework, which helps you measure how well your collaboration is currently performing, helps you decide where you need to get to and develops an action plan for rapid performance improvement.
