We are running a workshop at the above event.  Here are the details:

Location:    Central London
Date:         04 April 2011
Time:        15:00 - 16:00
Workshop Description

Many organisations see the need for and actively work in collaborations & partnerships with other organisations in order to achieve a range of objectives.  This workshop will explore how such collaborations can deliver their aims with more speed, more impact and with greater sustainability.
The workshop is aimed at anyone who is involved in setting up or running a collaboration or partnership between different organisations (e.g. charity – charity or charity - corporate).  This could include organisation leaders looking for new collaborations, establishing them in the best way possible and looking to ensure a lasting legacy from the collaboration’s work after the actual partnership has ceased.  The workshop will also be relevant to any managers running particular workstreams, projects or aspects of a collaboration.
Outline:

  1. What is ‘top gear’ for your collaboration?
  2. How to accelerate projects, outcomes and benefits
  3. Who’s in the driving seat?
  4. Lifting the bonnet to maintain peak performance
